Dreamland

Dreamland is a Super 8mm film of the street fair at St. Giles in Oxford, which happens every year for 3 days and nights in September. I shot the footage a while ago, but then left it to edit later on. I shot over a couple of years, hence the varying weather! The choice of the Rolling Stones track '2000 Light Years from Home' suits the spacy, otherworldy feel to these kinds of places. I love the atmosphere of the fair, and especially being able to film the constuction and the take down, things you don't normally see. Look out for similar footage from Bermondsey Antiques Market, when I launch clips from that forthcoming film.
